Facebook Login and Data Deletion

• If you use Facebook authorization to log in, we collect only the email address and public profile information necessary to create your account and provide personalized Services.
• You may remove our authorization through Facebook's settings. After authorization is removed, we will delete related authorization data where applicable.
• You may also contact us to request deletion of Facebook authorization data. Deleted data cannot be restored.

Sign in with Apple and Data Deletion

• When you sign in with your Apple ID, we collect only the information provided by Apple that is necessary for account creation, login verification, and customer support identification. This may include your name, email address, or an Apple private relay email address generated through Hide My Email.
• We do not use Apple login information for marketing without your consent, and we do not share it with unnecessary third parties. If further use is required, such as marketing or push notification purposes, we will request your consent where required and provide an opt-out method.
• You may revoke authorization at any time on your Apple device by going to Settings, Apple ID, Password & Security, Apps Using Apple ID, and then selecting this app. If you use Hide My Email, Apple's email relay service may stop after authorization is revoked. We recommend keeping a valid contact email in your account to avoid missing important account or security notices.
• After you delete your account or revoke authorization, we will delete or anonymize personal data related to Sign in with Apple within a reasonable period, subject to legal and business retention requirements. Once deletion is completed, the data cannot be restored.
• You may also contact us to request deletion of an account created with Sign in with Apple or related authorization data. To protect account security, we may ask you to complete identity verification before processing the request.

Personal Data Deletion Request Process

Please submit your deletion request through the contact method below and describe the scope of data you wish to delete. We will respond to and process the request within one month where required by applicable law, unless we need additional information to verify your identity or clarify the request.

Personal Data Retention and Legal Periods

We retain personal data while your account is active. After account cancellation or once the relevant purpose has been fulfilled, we will delete or anonymize the data. Where legal needs exist, such as transaction records, payment records, dispute handling, communication records, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations, we may retain relevant data for one year or for the period required by applicable law.
